I haven't written a craft review here in so long! I hope you didn't think I was going to give up on showing you my favorite craft tools, because I ain't gonna! Crocheting is my passion (along with knitting) and I have had the pleasure to test out and crochet with the Mellow Collection so here's my take on it!
Knitpro has been one of my favorite brands to use when it comes to knitting and crocheting. I've talked about knitting with the mindfull collection, the J'adore set and the ginger crochet hooks in the past. If you are a crafter yourself you know how difficult it can be to find a tool that fits good in your hands. Some crochet hooks, even very well known brands of high quality can be wrong for your hands. Well, not exacly wrong, but they could not fit you well.
Crochet with the Mellow Collection
I was really pleasantly surprised with the hooks of the Mellow Collection. They fit my hand perfectly and they are light weight so no hurting my hands either when I have to crochet for a long time. I used them recently to crochet a new top with a linen yarn I enjoy and it took me around 12 hours to finish. I crocheted contiously for 2 hours and I felt great after. No pain, no discomfort at all.
Crochet with the Mellow Collection
The case of the hooks is a dream too. Made of quality black material it contains the hooks, a collapsible pair of scissors, stitch markers, a very handy broad eye needle and a tape measure. These are all very useful and handy!
Furthermore, KnitPro and Knitter's Pride have become one brand. That means they have an expanded product range for all users and there is global availability of KnitPro products. They also have amazing Symfonie yarn and very nice range of craft tools!
All in all this is an amazing set to have as a lover of all things crochet. It will help a beginner in crochet enjoy the craft and the avid crocheter will appreciate all the fine lines and colors, all the details and thought that has been put into designing this collection.
